100-91% You are at rest and your body is acticvely recovering.
90 - 86% You are doing a light activity, or your body is under stress.
85-51 % This is light to moderate cardio. Great for burning fat and being able to do cardio exercises for long periods of time. When weight lifting this can seem like a moderate to intense effort.
50-25% This is an intense cardio exercise and a great point to slow down if there is still time/distance in your workout. If you are feeling strong continue to push through.
25-1% This is max effort, a great way to push your self to exertion, or the indicator final to slow down.
Stamina Bar estimates energy levels using Heart Rate Variability (HRV), VO2 Max, Heart Rate, Age, and Sex,. These metrics help assess your recovery and exertion levels.

Heart Rate (Beats Per Minute)
Active Calories - when you are recording a workout these are the calories you burn while actively recording a workout
Basal Calories - these are the calories you burn at rest, typically this is 2,000 per day, but may fluctuate usually on the lower end. Wearing your watch all day will help this be more accurate. This is an important measure to truly capture how many calories you burn.
Steps - your daily step count, aim for 7,500-10,000 if you are able.
